You may have noticed some changes to the bar and restaurant recently. 

The biggest change of all is our new menu. Over the past few months you've told us that you want your food to come out at the same time.  We will now be serving up a more traditional menu of starters, mains and desserts so you can all enjoy a meal together.  

We also want to champion local suppliers and so our food will be sourced locally. You can expect desserts from Dafna's Cheesecake Factory, ales from Cain's Breweryand cheeses from Liverpool Cheese Company.  Why use suppliers from anywhere else when we have such high quality produce right on our doorstep.
